STAY AWAY FROM SUPERSONIC FOR FIBRE
I have been paying for a 150mbps line up and down since May 2024 and the speed of my line sits between 20 and 40mbps. Trying to contact Supersonic is non existent, they don't answer their phones, they don't respond to emails, so I have cancelled my service with them. I have been waiting over a week for a simple request for a copy of my statement.

WARNING!!!!!! Shopexpress are thieves!!!!!!
Made on online purchase on 26 July 2022. Have never received my order and then requested a refund which was confirmed as having been processed on 7 September 2022. Never received the refund. Warning to everyone out there, DON'T order from Shopexpress, they are thieves.

Unacceptable and Pathetic! BAD BAD SERVICE
City Logistics in partnership with Mr Price Sport, have had my parcel since 8 September 2022. I have been promised that it is on route to the store since Thursday, 15 September 2022. I have still not received my parcel. Absolutely unacceptable and shocking service with empty promises. A purchase that was a gift for Saturday, I had to face embarrassment of arriving at the celebration without the gift due to the incompetence of both Mr Price Sport and their useless courier City Logistics

Unacceptable and shocking service or should I say NO service
City Couriers in partnership with Mr Price Sport, have had my parcel since 8 September 2022. I have been promised that it is on route to the store since Thursday, 15 September 2022. I have still not received my parcel. Absolutely unacceptable and shocking service with empty promises. A purchase that was a gift for Saturday, I had to face embarrassment of arriving at the celebration without the gift due to the incompetence of both Mr Price Sport and their useless courier City Couriers.

Shocking and Unacceptable Service
I am beyond annoyed and disappointed with the shocking, unacceptable service from Mr Price Sport online orders. My order has been with their Courier "City Couriers" since 8 September 2022. I called the call centre on 15 Sept and was promised that the order was on route to the store. This purchase was a gift for Saturday, 17 Sept and on calling the call centre on Saturday morning, I was once again promised that the parcel would be ready for my collection. Today is 19 September and I still do not have my parcel, and had to face embarrassment on Saturday attending the celebration without a gift.
