I am very disappointed in Mr Price for not having done anything yet about these complaints. I placed my orders on 29 April 2026 (Order: 201014403959) and another one on 30 April 2026 (Order: 201014401199). I received my first order on 7 May 2026 at the store in Belhar and when I got home I noticed the dress was damp/wet. It also had a very weird smell. Unfortunately I had an event the Saturday and needed the dress so I had to wash the dress. The tag on the dress was also damaged due to it being wet.
Last week I started calling Mr Price about the other order which I didn't receive and they were trying to investigate what happened to the delivery. I again called the Friday and were told they have not yet figured out where it is but they are in communication with the courier company. Today, 18 May 2026 I called to cancel the order and were told it was at the store for collection. I went to Belhar store and opened the package at the store and found the same issue, the items were wet and the consultant and some other staff also noticed it and there was an off smell to the items. I immediately returned the items and the store manager called head office who requested photos of the damaged items. I am not sure how you take photos of items that is damp/wet and has a smell. I honestly hope Mr Price will look into these complaints as it is unacceptable.
