Peter in Front desk, is not nice staff member and super biased, *********. He chased me back on the 12 of July, lost and looking for Mental health assistance with a written referral. May the higher management of JMH investigate him. Trust me, I am not the only outer sider considering that. Very ****** I must add, and not professional at all. My MD called him, everything seems to be okay. On the 13 July after 19:30. To my return on the 14th July [Mind you that's another R100 in this economy] He stated he never spoke to my doctor. A BIG lie which may land the hospital in legal disputes because of an uneducated, *********, biased Casulty receptionist(CASUALTY PETER) . This is not the first and last. I will continue raising awareness to the other Patients that would like to be assisted in CITY.
