I have called all day about my items that were returned without my knowledge. I HAD SPOKEN TO THE STORE I CHOOSE TO COLLECT. VERY *********** AND CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE ALSO NUISANCE. THEY TELL YOU THEY CANNOT ASSIST ME. I LITERALLY WANT MY ITEMS, I DONT WANT A REFUND, I WANT THEM NOW. SOMEONE CALL ME BACK ON MY NUMBER ENDING WITH 7981 EMAIL ENDING IN 30@ICLOUD.COM. I demand a solution. I was speaking to a floor manger called chanelle she said she will see what she can do. I am extremely disturbed by this occurring thing. I bought shoes and it was delivered for collection, now they sent it back saying it wasn't suitable and I never returned it. What kinda of business are you running. I want my shoes back not refund
THIS IS DIRECTED TO st joseph hospital next to Entabeni hospital. Had a very ****** encounter with a security guard. And does not know her place. Here me out, I respect people from all walks of life. I was told about the the manager going to address it but I want her to be disciplined cause you do not deserve such treatment where we pay, we not here for free. I would like this to be done ASAP, the security guard who was at the garden today on the 05 April 2026. I do not liken being oppressed by another race that I am.
Awful service, from the front staff to their Doctors. Especially Dr Onke Nkushubana. What pathetic communication does he give. I've been defaulting my medication simply because his Personal assistant does not feel like. When you call the front desk or admission. Absolutely no one Picks up. That first review of it being beautiful was an early judgement of this institute. I will be making a formal complaint to Mental Health board because this does not seem to be taken serious. Mental health can kill you.
I order mid December and it had not arrived, I keep calling but no answer, please refund me my money ASAP and stop stalling
I called more than 4 times to cancel my policy, I have not received any cancelation documents, they are not answering my calls if I answer. Long wait time, service is 0. Would never recommend this nonsense to anyone
I have never met a disorganized company like this. AND with me, yall will pay my bank charges. In the exact club I'm in nobody know absolutely nothing. You need team building and training cause it's ridiculous how un bothered and product knowledge lacks. So I am an out patient because the hospital is super disorganized. I do my TMS( lab rat) and days later, I am confronted by management because I simply asked to wait outside for my son. Not disruptive or anything but Jared wrote on the higher management group so I can be gracefully kickd out. Gave this hospital an attempt again, but my stay is strictly for my TMS treatment that they decided to add me on. I adhere to their rules but Bruce needs to handle his staff better to be quiet honest. He gets his dogs to chase after us out patient that didn't ask from him. Poorly managed hospital. SISTER HANRI would have handled this 100 better than their actual management dogs. 0/10. Jared is actually the worst staffed management because he is a snitch. Pinetown Game doesn't even take orders from the head office. They were told to send out delivery, yesterday some store staff called me tryna negotiate so I can fetch them? The headsets, like how many times must I explain I am in hospital, that is why I need them to deliver. No contact at all today for that, the head office works Mondays to Friday. If by tomorrow I don't get delivery just stories, I want my money back and I'll buy them elsewhere, because your whole company is pathetic and lacks professionalism. A full week and contract voice had depleted, still nothing. You are the worst company after Clicks. Hate dealing with incompetence and ********* businesses when you have to get your things back
I am hospitalized, and ordered headsets online for store pick up, "ONLINE" however I want to change to delivery to the hospital ASAP and Willing to pay the difference. I know it's something that can be done, but they are complicating things. I don't have time for the go around. I spoke to numerous agents, asked to speak to a supervisor transfered then dropped. GAME, do better and get someone to call me ASAP and fix this problem. My details will match what you have . I TOLD THEM I'm hospitalized 10 days i may not even be back, and no one can pick them up besides. I spoke KASHIFI S, she's fine I just need game to be empathetic and be humans.
