Unprofessional

Good day I have used city movers to move me on the 30 November 2021 and one of their employees broke my mirrors of my dressing table...tbey said they they would take responsibility and repair it themselves because they didn't want to get fired and we agreed... It's almost 2 months now and they still haven't returned it and l have contacted the owner of the company Miss Chenge and she refused to take responsibility and she said that l was supposed to report it to her and l explained that her employee wanted to take responsibility... She started yelling at me and said l should do what I want to... I find this behavior disgusting and unprofessional??????
