You need to reconnect my electricity TODAY City Power!

We have been waiting for our electricity to be reconnected since Friday 13 March. Our electricity has been off since Wednesday 11 March. It's now Tuesday the 17th of March.

This is ridiculous! I'm pregnant and I have a 5 year old child. We cannot cook or have a warm bath or shower. I've had to throw away food from my fridge. How are we supposed to live like this? How do you expect me to feed my family? You have no considered for human rights. Yet, when it's time to disconnect people, you are always on time. Ref: CPWEB4908758. Last communication was yesterday identified fault, reconnection paid. So what is the hold up? If my child gets sick in this weather, it's on you people! This is an invasion of human and children's rights.
