Been charged for water when I'm using a borehole.

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding my municipal account. Since January 2023, I have been exclusively using borehole water. However, I have continued to be charged R1,263.10 every month for water services that I am not utilizing.

Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, I have not received any assistance, and I understand that the Mayor's office is currently closed.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and arrange for a credit adjustment for the past 31 months, amounting to R1,263.10 per month, on my account number 68002350011.
