Pathetic service, from contact centre operators to the technicians that are meant to serve the public needs. In the delta area we have been out of power since Saturday and when power was restored only Lockwood Estate was still off and when calling the offices to find out why, no one can provide a tangible reason, we pay a lot of money for electricity and water, only to receive this kind of **************. Are we being discriminated because the complex is full of African Black owners and tenants? Why are we not treated equally when residing in the same error, is priority only given to whites and high income earners?? We go to bed on empty stomachs, bath with cold water in these cold weather's and all technicians do is restoring power on certain complexes and leave without finishing the job
