No cutting, we will do what we want
Absolutely so unhappy. Worst decision choosing CityPets Sherwood Gardens. Took our fluffy french bulldog for it's first groomers visit, was asked what I wanted, specified no cutting, fetched my baby and I cried. The fluffy skirt, his beautiful locks and tail tip has been cut off...I called and all I got was a " sorry my fault, I told him to trim it, yes you said we should cut, but we trimmed it" It's like your kids first haircut that someone else stole from you.

Worst Service ever from Brakpan City Pets
I took my yorkie to be groomed at City Pets Brakpan (Sherwood Gardens) on 2023-02-01,worst day of my life. My baby came back with an injured tail and shaking had so much pain. Since yesterday i cannot even touch her tail then she cries. My heart is broken i will never ever make use of them again and will inform everybody i know never to go there. Worst place ever. They are not taking care of your babies so please be warned.

Worst Service ever from Brakpan City Pets

Worst customer service from the owner.
I had the worst services at City Pets at Wilro Gate Shopping Centre. On 14th December 2020 around 9:00 am I went into the shop to purchase dog food where I walked In The owner Julie Looked at me and said "agg for **** sakes" which that to me seems extremely rude and unprofessional for an owner where I was proceeding to pay The owner (Julie) had a disgusting attuite towards me and threw my change towards me on the counter.

Worst customer service from the owner.
I had the worst services at City Pets at Wilro Gate Shopping Centre. City pets Sherwood
The worst business. I never take my dog out in public spaces. A month ago we treated my dog for a wash and groom. A few hours later my dog wouldn't stop scratching and a few days later his entire body was covered in wounds. Took him to the vet, he got a skin infection. Then it seemed he is recovering. But it got worse. Yesterday I took him to the vet again. My dog contracted Mange from city pets Sherwood. Its a disease that needs aggressive antibiotics and is highly contagious to animals and humans. Please do not take your pet there. My dog is suffering and in a lot of pain.

The worst business. I never take my dog out in public spaces. A month ago we treated my dog for a wash and groom. City pets, don't bother
Went once to buy a sweater for my large Labrador, only to realize that my mother had already bought another one. As I went to return it, the manager was extremely helpful, but the owner was extremely rude, cold and curt. Beware : this business also hires teens or collage students based on how they look and not what they're experiences are. Me and my friend went to apply there, owner was again rude, kept making glances at our outfits. We left our CVs there only to never hear back from them. Two weeks later, dropped by to research on their snakes, and they're new employees knew less than me. Will NEVER buy anything from a place where an owner seems to be more interested in her own looks than customers. Maybe she enjoys to drive away her customers.

Bad service
<p>Good day yesterday my wife took our little shnuaser to the salon at city pets in sherwood gardens Brakpan , we travel from Delmas to get the dog cliped. they did not listen to the instructions of how we whanted the dog cut insted of a winter cut they did a somer cut and that was not even done proper the feet hair are not even as is the dogs left and right sides she is all most bolt on the head so short is the hair. Never have we got this bad service from them and when the manager was told that that is unacceptable she told my wife to bring the dog when her other staff member is back from leave and in the meantime the dog looks bad and is getting cold it is unprofesional and unacceptable we should not pay for service like that</p>

Shop needs professional management and service.
<p>We have taken our dogs to this branch for a long time and shopped there often. I was shocked by the way the service was after we have taken our 2 dogs in today for grooming. Stood waiting for service and there was no one in shopped and still no help. Walked the back manager looked very confused and did not look very assertive and friendly. Spoke to her and asked her for stores owners number and refused giving it to me and rudley in a loud voice said Il wait for her to finish with rep before she will give me a contact number. I have never met such unprofessional manager and people like her should not be in a position like that with animal. Her whole disruption and look did not suit her title. Apparently she has only been there a month and clearly you can see that. I will not recommend any of my clients or friends as we always did just because of one unprofessional person....</p>
