Went to coach house a month ago. With previous visits and good experience we decided to go back not expecting a horrific experience like we expected. NO covid rules in order hygiene was terrible and rooms and property needs big maintenance. We booked and paid for spa treatmeamts and decided to return home a day earlier as we didn't want to waste our time and money further. When we got to reception we where promised by management on black and white we will be fully refunded for the nights accommodation as we had to rebook at another hotel and be refunded for the spa treatmeamts that never happened. We have then made contact with head office Antoinette Kleyn and still waiting for our refund that was promised to us! Shocked by the bad service and communication from head office!
February 2019 we paid R34 000 as a first payment for our swimming pool up until now the 24 October 2019 all we have is damaged property with a mud hole and our Lawyers cost standing on R10 000. We where scammed by these 2 horrible unprofessional rude people. After being on Carte Blanche Still nothing has happened. They are aggressive and rude when asking for our money back all they do is ignore you. They have broken contract and there are so many other victims part of this. We work hard for our money how can they just steal it from people and get away with it!
Shocked by the experience we just experienced at your hotel. Drove far to get ripped off! Got served 2 ****tails at R250 glasses were not even full and the long island ice tea was not made correctly! After waiting more than 30 min! When we asked for manager we got Laughed at thinking it was a joke! Place needs maintenance and new bar staff and a educated manager! There was no se proper menu and they just charge accordingly to a shot!
<p>We have taken our dogs to this branch for a long time and shopped there often. I was shocked by the way the service was after we have taken our 2 dogs in today for grooming. Stood waiting for service and there was no one in shopped and still no help. Walked the back manager looked very confused and did not look very assertive and friendly. Spoke to her and asked her for stores owners number and refused giving it to me and rudley in a loud voice said Il wait for her to finish with rep before she will give me a contact number. I have never met such unprofessional manager and people like her should not be in a position like that with animal. Her whole disruption and look did not suit her title. Apparently she has only been there a month and clearly you can see that. I will not recommend any of my clients or friends as we always did just because of one unprofessional person....</p>
