Dear Temu Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the misleading advertising and poor service I have experienced on your platform. Recently, I followed an advertised promotion where customers were invited to pick two free gifts, provided a purchase of R360 or more was made. I carefully followed these instructions and made a purchase of R381 to qualify for the offer. While the purchased items were shipped the two free gifts were not included in my order. This is not the first time that such an issue has occurred. It is frustrating and unacceptable that promotions are used to attract customers, yet the promised rewards are not honoured. This creates the impression of misleading advertising, which severely damages trust in your platform. After reviewing numerous complaints on HelloPeter, I noticed that I am not the only customer experiencing these problems — with over 300 unhappy customers . This clearly points to an ongoing issue that Temu needs to address urgently. Due to these repeated disappointments, I have decided that it is in my best interest to seek out alternative and more reliable suppliers, such as Takealot or Amazon, where promotional promises and customer satisfaction are taken seriously. I hope that Temu takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency and customer service to rebuild trust with your customers.
Thank you for your response. However, nothing has changed. Your delivery was once again late and not in line with the timeline your consultant promised. This means you have still failed to deliver on time. What is even more disturbing is the fact that medication not part of the prescript medication in the delivery was not in its original packaging, wrongly labeled, and dangerous — as it could have severe consequences if taken together with my wife’s current prescribed medication. This raises a serious question about your quality control measures and whether Marties Snyman even holds a valid dispensing license. This matter is of such severity that it must be reported to the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC). I have only one word to summarize my experience with your service: Incompetence.
*********** to deliver services battled for 4 months to get chronical medication delivered on time. Marara claim from the medical aid on the 15th of the month but medication get dispatched at the end of the month that after the co-payment was accepted on the 19th. This is unexpectable and every month I have to go to my local pharmacy and get chronic medication that is critical to my wives well been at a 30% co-payment because Marara is ***********. loading a new script is also a nightmare
On the 11th of November my wife visited dis-chem Olive wood to get her new prescribed medicating 2 of the items they did not have and said she must pay it first before they order it every month because they don't stock it. At the same time my daughter in-law was with her and was in labor and her 2 year old child was sick vomiting, they received no help what so ever from the staff in fact the staff were laughing at them. this is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Further more they loaded my profile wrong on the system I requested that my scripts been send to Strubenvale pharmacy springs, there reply were they will send it to strubensvalley I told the lady the there is no dis-chem in strubenvale springs the only dis-chem I know of is in Springs mall and she assured me that thats the one when I went to collect my meds I found out that she laid to me the strubensvalley is not in springs mall and the my profile is incorrect it was a big struggle to get it fix to received the meds The dis-chem staff of Olive wood is incompetent and racist no wonder people doesn't want to support them any more
I went to my local Afgri store in Delmas for medication for my sheep with no luck and no support what so ever. The next day I phoned Afgri Ogies where I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Michael how was very helpful, he did not have stock in store but he phoned other branches and got me the product I wanted. Thank you Michael for going the extra mile may Afgri Ogies appreciate your hard work and dedication
On the 10th of February my cell phone was stolen I went to Vodacom springs to do a sim swap were I was assisted by Fortune she was very professional and helpful. She sorted me out very quickly and backlisted the old phone, thank you Fortune
I recently upgrade at Vodacom Springs Mall and I just want to saythanks to McDonald for great service well done. You deserve a pay raise hope that the company will realize what an asset you are to them
My son upgrade his account at Telkom mobile his account was disconnected without communication when he made an enquiry he were told his account were in arrears and he got a sms stating the amount he must pay. He payed the full amount due on the 18/09/207 but no connection he phoned the call center and the assistant told him they will follow up on it he must wait 24 hours still no connection he went to a Telkom store how told him to make another payment at pick a pay he did so on 30/09/2017 but the assistant was unable or incompetent to assist him in getting he account connect. Again phoned customers care him with an operator how told him he he must wait 15 days after the 15day the account was still not connected the phoned again ad the operator promised that the account will be connected in 24 hours still nothing today is the 30/10/2017 still nothing every time they say 24 hours well we waited patiently and nothing I made an appointment with Beeld and The Citizen news paper to get this incompetence of Telkom punished on Friday 03/11/2017
<p>Good day yesterday my wife took our little shnuaser to the salon at city pets in sherwood gardens Brakpan , we travel from Delmas to get the dog cliped. they did not listen to the instructions of how we whanted the dog cut insted of a winter cut they did a somer cut and that was not even done proper the feet hair are not even as is the dogs left and right sides she is all most bolt on the head so short is the hair. Never have we got this bad service from them and when the manager was told that that is unacceptable she told my wife to bring the dog when her other staff member is back from leave and in the meantime the dog looks bad and is getting cold it is unprofesional and unacceptable we should not pay for service like that</p>
<p>My family and I decided to get Nados for dinner what a disaster first the garlic roll came and it was not toasted and the cheese won't melted I had to send it back to the grill then the rest came and we went home just to discover that the Chip's is raw the halomi cheese burgers had plain processed cheese on and the chicken on one was still raw. I will never support spring Nados again</p>
