City power doesn't care

I'm very disappointed with city power worker,it's 3 days now she is has been assigned to check on my electricity but because she wants to knock off early she doesn't do her work,in the morning when I called they got her on the line and said she would sort it out until late, second and third call were logged and the 4th call apparently she has knocked off.im heading day 4 without electricity because of someone who wants to go home early, below is reference details Dear Customer, your issue Ref: CP3455361 has been accepted by a technician.
