Day 10 without electricity and all I get from city power call centre is the technician will be in your erea, after holding for ,30)40 minutes Service is **********
I'm very disappointed with city power worker,it's 3 days now she is has been assigned to check on my electricity but because she wants to knock off early she doesn't do her work,in the morning when I called they got her on the line and said she would sort it out until late, second and third call were logged and the 4th call apparently she has knocked off.im heading day 4 without electricity because of someone who wants to go home early, below is reference details Dear Customer, your issue Ref: CP3455361 has been accepted by a technician. Very disappointed and they even cost my days,when their app was down I paid for parts it declined 3 Times and when I went to to atm the money has paid to the merchant,can't get my parts and on Monday when I go to the bank to do a statement it doesn't reflect on statement and it doesn't show.now I have to wait for some days so money can be deposited back.this is not on at all with fnb,we request the ombudsman to please interfere and check with fnb.there is a lot that is not right about them
Frustrated feeling betrayed robbbed by FNB business bank account.last week was ****** r233 for insufficient funds while I had more than 16000 in my business account.im very disappointed and I didn't get help from them
Frustrated by the service provider,they double debited me and when I need refund I'm taken from pillar to post,asked to be called no one calls back Service is poor
They come back to clients as promised,my stockveil hasn't been sorted for 3 months now,Randburg,Cresta,Fordsburg,republic on ferndale all couldn't help,tried calling at times 1hour plus on a call but can't get help,tried the chat app also can't be helped,I am gatvol and 3 months ago I had to close the aspire account because they don't care about customers
They don't answer calls on their toll free,you getting no assistance from them,paid my rain account got cut off and couldn't reach them They don't think for customers
I had to close my aspire account because of the unnecessary deductions,now why I want to close my account they are coming with stories that it takes 7 working days but when *****ing our monies it takes seconds,I'm fed up with FNB all they care about is extra charges and *****ing monies from accounts
Fnb aspire account is a ***** and you don't get answers even if you call them.i think fnb should be investigated because it's de *****ing clients
I will cancel my business account and personal account with them,they rob customers of money and if of business there is a debit order they charger r155 if they is insufficient Funda I have been deducted r200 for no reason and could not get a reasonable answer
