Almost 48 hours later after logging my call, it is still not attended to nor allocated to a technician after I was told that the ETA is 24 hours. This is even after I had stated that my premises is a business place whereby, I am running a day care centre. I have kid's food already rotting in the fridge.
I requested an escalation process since my call has passed the ETA period from the consultants, and I was told that there is not process I will just have to wait because the Despatch Dept does not speak to customers. They're service delivery is very poor and unbelievable.
