Further to previous reviews regarding our purchase experience with City Wheels. The case is now with Miosa and the response from the seller is as follows.
1.we(the customer) are unreasonable for expecting speedy service and waiting 4 months for parts is normal.
2. Paying for a car and related insurance for 3 months without actually having a car is fine with me them.
3. Lying to Miosa about parts availability when quick research located the parts in question within 50km radius of where the car is "waiting for parts"
4 claiming that there are no new replacement parts for the car in country and be available within the 4 months we have been waiting(a 5 min visit to a Ford dealership parts department confirmed that a replacement part can be shipped and be available within 20 working days).
This is not honest business practice that is customer centred. They are repeatedly making use of the same back ally service centre that potentially caused massive long-term mechanical damage by making use of the incorrect service parts and consumables in the first place.
DO NOT SUPPORT CITY WHEELS
