Oil leak, exorbitant deductions, 19 days after received deposit back

I am very unhappy with this company. I rented a 2009 Polo for R7 000 and, upon receiving the car, noticed that the oil was leaking. They checked and said that someone had put in too much oil but assured me it was fine. However, no one ever followed up on the issue, and the oil continued dripping for the entire month that I had the vehicle.

The car was collected on 1 September, and I had paid a R3 900 deposit. From that, I only received R2 000 back. Some of the deductions may be fair, but nearly R300 for cleaning”, another R300 for admin, and R500 for stickers I removed after asking for permission.

To make matters worse, I only received my deposit back on 19 September — which is unacceptably long. The staff are extremely rude and clearly do not know how to deal with customers.
