I can't believe how I have struggled the past 48 hours with trying to send a parcel. It was my first time. Someone sent a pin to a locker at Majik forest shopping center, and there was no bag in the locker, that did not make sense me. Nowhere does it say, bring your own bag, the instructions. I called the helpline on there, no answer, was it this 066 484 3946 number, it doesn't work. Next , the pin got locked because I did not put the parcel in without a bag. Now, I need to pay again. R 130 odd. I go on the website register, and nowhere does it say book a locker! It says new booking or shipment, nowhere does it say book a locker. Now I have a waybill and the guy wants a shop name where I dropped the parcel? Are you kidding me. There are more than 20 lockers there, why would I use a random shop?? I have been on the helpline for the past 2 hours, with waybill number DD-ZL2F8B, to book a locker for tomorrow. Do you think someone has rep****? Tomorrow comes and I still don't have a locker. And then I know what's going to happen. What a disaster. I choose Paxi over this 100%. Thank you
I am very unhappy with this company. I rented a 2009 Polo for R7 000 and, upon receiving the car, noticed that the oil was leaking. They checked and said that someone had put in too much oil but assured me it was fine. However, no one ever followed up on the issue, and the oil continued dripping for the entire month that I had the vehicle. The car was collected on 1 September, and I had paid a R3 900 deposit. From that, I only received R2 000 back. Some of the deductions may be fair, but nearly R300 for cleaning”, another R300 for admin, and R500 for stickers I removed after asking for permission. To make matters worse, I only received my deposit back on 19 September — which is unacceptably long. The staff are extremely rude and clearly do not know how to deal with customers.
Absa ,I am working in hong Kong ,and there is a hold on my savings account. I have spoken to ***** yesterday twice they tell me the card will work. Still not working. Retrenchment of all staff with 1 day notice ? At the de zicht branch. I am a worried resident of this community who have watched these loyal staff members work every night up until 10pm. Then it follows that you are advertising this shop op Instagram ? I am confused , can you please explain what is going on ?
I live at De Zicht ,and I am not loving how the current Manager deals with conflict. There are three major concerns for me at your institution. Pizza dough is being transported to De Zicht in black bags. How is this even appropriate or an option ? Not accepting cash at a restaurant inside an estate is an inconvenience to people ,and it's not adding to their lives at the place where they stay, me included. I frankly don't like the Managers attitude how he dealt with Natalie and how he is trying to resolve issues. Hope this message is taken seriously.

For the past 5 months you have received R41000 from me , I first enquired to return the vehicle ,because I have more than one issue which I am trying to resolve. And then you said we can make an arrangement so that you pay R4000 for the next two months. The debit order ran for R 8367 again. I couldn't pay that at the moment , and you also don't want to return it ,fine. The car also after 6 months has broken clutch and battery at the same time R7000 damage ,and MVIA is only covering R2000 of this. I don't have R5000 now in anyway to pay for technical issues. When I received the car I knew something was wrong with the clutch , but it came right, and now the clutch is broken together with battery. Please cancel my contract and please arrange for the car to be fetch at Blackwolf service provider. If anyone from this company calls me ,it better be a senior rep ,because I am not holding to go from dep to retention to this one and that one.
Claim DBFW122s-0247537, I wait everytime from caller 16. The call drops when I am caller 3. My claim is a total of R7000. You are only approving R2000. The clutch is 2500 ex labour. I don't agree with your approval.
This process has been a total disaster! Calls unanswered, emails unreturned. I need feedback asap as to my cancellation. I am going to take legal action if no one gets back to me asap.
I am not sure what is going on in Wesbank. I have tried to reach a settlement agreement with a ghost , in this case Shipokazi nr 1 does not answer calls (field agent) I have sent formal email to Rudolph the field agent with a verbal no after I had to send a written offer. I have complaint on hellopeter last week and its a new week Wednesday exactly , Tina who responded is now on leave. I want a Senior Manager who can negoatiate on settlements to call me urgently ! I demand service from Wesbank and I do not tolerate this incompotence !
