I am extremely frustrated with CK Coachworks Tygerberg regarding my vehicle.
My car went in for repairs in November 2025. After several follow-ups, I was advised it was ready for collection on 3 March 2026. I attended to collect the vehicle and settled the excess of R5 500.
Despite this, the vehicle immediately failed upon collection and had to be returned to the workshop. I have received no substantive updates regarding the repairs, despite multiple emails and calls.
Additionally, CK Coachworks has submitted an invoice to my insurer, Santam, even though they have not provided me with a clear update or resolution.
I have been without my vehicle since November 2025 and am incurring ongoing costs for alternative transport. Service provider Lucian indicated that her manager would contact VW agents with updates and quotes, but no update has been received.
I have been patient, but the continued lack of response is unacceptable.
