Claim was 27/11/2023. No response. Eventually we contacted CLA and got their assessor number. He only, after numerous calls, decided on 07/12/2023 to come. Then suddenly there was an issue to my propriety value, which I don't understand what Lightning has to do with value of my house, on alarm and Camera systems.??Which they only paid 50% of claim. Pretty sure that assessor companies gets kickback from insurances. The assessor was also asked on numerous occasions when our monies will be paid out. No response. Eventually 27/12/2023 I was paid out. Still no answer from assessor, eventually 09/01/2024 he informs me that he will call the next day to explain, because been out for the week, up to now nothing.
Don't understand that insuring companies don't do their homework properly before appointing assessors, especially on hellopeter.com.
