Bought spares from Barloworld CAT, Middelburg branch. After I made huge amount of payment I was informed, by mail, that spares will be available two days later. Three days later I arrived and was told that the spares are still on order. Six months later, and some of the spares are nowhere to be found. Now another six months and I haven't received any refund. They keep on sending emails to different departments, but to no avail. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS BRANCH!!
Claim was 27/11/2023. No response. Eventually we contacted CLA and got their assessor number. He only, after numerous calls, decided on 07/12/2023 to come. Then suddenly there was an issue to my propriety value, which I don't understand what Lightning has to do with value of my house, on alarm and Camera systems.??Which they only paid 50% of claim. Pretty sure that assessor companies gets kickback from insurances. The assessor was also asked on numerous occasions when our monies will be paid out. No response. Eventually 27/12/2023 I was paid out. Still no answer from assessor, eventually 09/01/2024 he informs me that he will call the next day to explain, because been out for the week, up to now nothing. Don't understand that insuring companies don't do their homework properly before appointing assessors, especially on hellopeter.com.
Once you have paid them COD, you battle to get your monies back when there is a return. Rather do EFT and await credits which is also a pain

Vir elke maand betaal ( aftrekorder gehad). Maar nooit was ons afgesny nie. Vir twee jaar was ek nooit afgesny of selfs n oproep gekry nie. Tot en met vandag het ek niks ontvang nie. Skielik kry ek oproepe, dreigende sms’e van prokureurs. Ek wil graag van julle weet waarom ek die rekening moet betaal? Hoekom het, soos hul reels aandui, hul ons nooit afgesny nie? Nooit n boodskap op TV gelos nie? Waarom moet ek hul betaal vir hul agterlosigheid? Ek het n aftrekorder op n ou rekening gehad wat ek nie gereeld gebruik het nie. Sou die fondse onvoldoende geraak het, waarom was ek nie verwittig of afgesny nie? Die rekening staan nou op R 19000. I bought this router on 22/05/2015. Since Monday according to Telkom and MWEB there is a problem on this router. I took it back to Game and I get told that it will take 21 days to repair. I called on this manager Sibusiso Malaza and explaining to him that I need it for my business and can't go without internet for 21 days. His response was, giggling \Sir it's one of these things I am not supplying you with another"When I explained to him it's for my business he just said sorry to hear"
After 14 years of paying R3800 p/m on my 5 phones.In April my bill jumped to R 7400. I immediatelly phone Vodacom and they said I am using to much data on my daughter's phone. We spoke with Vodacom and changed all the settings on her Samsung S5, I paid the bill. May comes and it escalates to R10200 . We phoned again and the same was said \ using to much data". We went through all the settings and the lady said that she can't understand as all the settings were fine. I was told to pay R 4000 and the balance will be investigated. We have wifi at work&home. She uses her tablet as a hotspot at her flat. She is very seldom on her phone for wattsup and sms'e as she has computer to her disposal.Nobody at Vodacom can tell me what data she has been using"
