clanwilliam hotel false advertising and lying staff

We booked for 2 nights and had to leave one day earlier due to personal circumstances. The hotel receptionist let us know that we will get a refund and we shouldn't worry. We then left, but later that week when we phoned to get our refund back they said the hotel policy will not allow it. They also don't have proper filter coffee. Its a really bad travelling experience and not like advertised. Don't go there ever!
