Not refunding deposits paid.

Since May 2020 I have been trying to get a refund or credit note of R1198.80 paid to this establishment for a nights accommodation. It appears that this hotel believe they do not have to do this. This is not acceptable, as we cancelled this booking well within the time specified by Bookings.com.
