I'm probably wasting my time posting this, as Telkom don't respond. I'm still trying to cancel my Prime video subscription, have been for the last three months, but going round in circles with their pathetic service. Today, unbelievably, the jokers sent me a Prime video offer to subscribe. I can access their app & website, but get stalled at every attempt to cancel the subscription. They are *****ing my money !!!!!!!!!!
I am trying to cancel my Prime video subscription, which is linked to my internet fibre account. I have made numerous telephones calls to no avail. The last time I tried, I was transferred 3 times then cut off. I have visited the Telkom shop, but they could not assist. I am told to cancel on the Telkom app, which I cannot access, as I do not have a Telkom phone, so cannot receive the 0TP to log on. I am paying for a service I no longer require.
I contacted this business for a dish washer repair. A service man came to assess the machine. He said is was the heat pump ??? He returned the next day to collect it. He had to take it in his own car as the bakkie they use, was denied entry to the estate, due to an expired licence. A week later, it was returned, but was damaged due to mishandling. When we tested it, the bottom basket dishes were not clean. We found that the arm that supplies the water sprays was hanging loose. I was charged R3000 for this abysmal service. The service man does not answer our calls nor does he return to site when he says he will. It is now 4 weeks since the beginning of this saga.
In September 2024, I cancelled my subscription to the Sunday Times, due to 3 non deliveries that month. On the 10th October I was informed my refund had been processed. To date I have not received it.
Poor service yet again from Qantas. On the 22nd July 2023 my wife emaìled Qantas to change her phone number on her frequent flyer account. To date no response from them. It is impossible to do this on line, as a OTP is sent to her obsolete number, which she does not receive.
My wife phoned Flight Centre in George. She requested a quote for flights from Nikita.This was over a week ago. A message was sent to Nikita, which she read, & a phone call made to the branch. We were told she was busy on the line, & she would phone back. This has not happened. Never had such poor service from Flight Centre before.
If possible, fly with another airline. No assistance forthcoming regarding delayed luggage, missed connections. They send you round in circles, hoping that you will eventually give up on them. USELESS
My flight to Perth from Johannesburg, the departure time was changed from 19h00 to 22h00. I was informed of this three days before. This meant I missed my connection to Brisbane. They put me on a flight, that meant a 9hr wait in Perth, but after much stress & discussion, I was placed on an earlier flight, eventually arriving in Brisbane over 4hrs late, but minus my luggage. After contacting the company care line, I was told the flight delay was caused by a mechanical problem with the aircraft in Joburg, & then they blamed the weather. When I tried to checking in for my return flight from Brisbane to Perth, my booking had disappeared, again causing major stress, while trying to get it reinstated. Terrible service all round, including the cabin staff.
This establishment believes it is acceptable to not refund deposits paid to them for accommodation for bookings cancelled in the time stipulated by Booking.com. I paid them an amount of R1198.80 for one nights accommodation. I requested a credit voucher for future use, but not forthcoming.
