I visited Badgers Grill at Springbok Inn for Sunday lunch on 29 June 2025 with my family and ordered the Eisbein with creamy mash. They were out of mash, and I gladly accepted savoury rice as a substitute. The issue arose when I began cutting into the Eisbein. The exterior was extremely tough, and the interior was visibly raw. I raised the concern with the waiter, who took the meal back to the kitchen. However, I decided it was unsafe and requested a different meal (steak), which I paid for - not a problem in itself. I then asked the supervisor for a written acknowledgment that I had been served raw pork, which poses a serious health risk. She responded with unnecessary attitude and told me the manager would contact me on Monday, 30 June 2025. Unsurprisingly, I never received any communication from the manager. Serving raw pork is a serious food safety violation, and the restaurant's poor handling of the situation raises concerns about both their kitchen standards and customer care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. Based on my experience, I believe this restaurant requires urgent inspection by health authorities.

Staff members make a lot of noise while we were in the restaurant. The waiters also brings the wrong orders. We had to ask 4 times for it to be corrected. Please don't waste your time and money to visit here. Just a very nice veiw.

I held my wedding at Springbok Inn last year November and I was generally very happy, they were very accommodating and nice.

Worst experience ever. Rooms was not ready with arrival. No water bottels in rooms. When relaxing at pool, the 1 sambrella broke and hit my in the chest. I was bleeding. When I approuch the manager and told him about incident, he laughed and said we can have a round of shooters, which also did not happen. Their was not enough coffee, sugar and milk and alson ni replacement the next day. Floors is dirty. Breakfast a disaster from the first day. Not enough staff, enough food. We had to wait for clean cutlery. Next day the same. I would not recommend this place for any one. Worst place every. Their is no maintenance on the pool equiptment.

I would just like to thank Rey Franco and team for accomodating us this weekend with my daughters birthday party i have seen alot of improvement at Springbok Inn with him making the venue more accessible to the Local community we are very exited to see what he has planned for the near future, Hygiene and staff assistance is up to standard. Keep it up guys!

The worst experience ever!!! Bad reception services. One of the employees referred to us as "Kom hier die kinders", even though we're all adults. We booked the conference room, but there was favoritism, so we were moved to a "bedroom" for our training. Unfriendly staff, Dirty glasses and dirty serviettes. I would recommend this hotel, today, tomorrow ot even in 2050.

This establishment believes it is acceptable to not refund deposits paid to them for accommodation for bookings cancelled in the time stipulated by Booking.com. I paid them an amount of R1198.80 for one nights accommodation. I requested a credit voucher for future use, but not forthcoming.
