My son order a vacuum pump on the 10.09.2025 at Kuruman branch. He paid R2810.00 and the sales person said it would be at the branch the Friday, 12.09.2025. We drove all the way from Kathu to Kuruman in Saturday to pick it up. When we got there they said that the courier did not pick it up. I phoned the branch this morning and they said they sorry but head office did not dispatched is. I phoned head office and they said order was only placed on Thursday from the branch and will only be dispatched today. Kuruman denies every thing and head office also just say sorry it is not their problem its is the branch. My time, my petrol and my work had to stand still because of this. No nobody has an answer for me. This is unexceptable. Worst service.
OK Furniture Kathu. They approved my son-in-law’s application. When he went to pay deposit they said they not ready with papers he must come back later. He went back later only to tell him again they will not help him now because the manager is on launch and they are not going to disturb the manager. He must come back tomorrow. Yesterday no one would help him. He had to walk after the one salesperson for help. I worked more than 5 years for the JD Group years ago and in my experience as the top sales person for Joshua Doore in George this is unexperienced and rude sales persons. Where is the credit manager that is suppose to help when the manager is on launch.

This is the worst company every. Since Oct ‘23 I am struggling to upgrade my business acc. At the end I cancelled the contract to a prepaid. Still struggling with Cell C. Every email, every phone call still nothing is being done. If you phone they tell you to go and rica the sim. Then they tell you you must phone them so the can change the status from deactivation to active. When you phone the same story, go to the branch to rica. 300 km from any cell c. W 🤬 f. I am so 😡. I had this nr more than 10 years, business nr and losing clients because of the f..king story with cell c. Not even the head of cell c can sort this out because they do not care. I am so fed up. F..king worst company every. Every upgrade their was problem with upgrading. Now this. Please stay away from this company. I will never recommend cell c ever to anyone.
On the 30.10.2023 I wrote a letter in requesting upgrade on my business account on my cellphone. I have phoned 2 times asking what is happening. No one calls me back. You have to phone after them several times. You can not do an upgrade just by phoning them, because its a business account you have to write a letter requesting an upgrade and the this is the service you get from them.
I bought from the online site 2/ riana ribbed jeans on the 3/3/2023. I have paid on the 3/3/2023. Till now I have not received my jeans and it has been released. I have contact several time Jeanine and now replay. This is bad service.
We have bought a GS 1200 BMW bike from them last year, I have not received all the papers for the bike, and cannot change ownership of the bike. I have asked several time for the papers and still no answer about it, they do not come back to us about it and also do not want to give the number of the previously owner. Why must we asked for papers, it is their work to give all the paperwork with selling of bike. We paid in full.
