We have purchased an Oukitel WP 30. It was an absolute waste of money. We did not receive any support from Oukitel South Africa to improve our experience. It's time-consuming as the cell phone needs to be sent back every time it is returned to us. The phone software is very slow. The location does not work at all. GPS does not work. The battery is excellent, and that was the reason we were interested in buying the cell phone. We cannot ****ion and move around with the needs of the business if the cellphone's GPS does not work or its very slow.
Clean and great service. Great accommodation. Would recommend them December months also. Lots for kidz to do.
Food is very good. You wait forever! 1hour for fish & chips
Staff members make a lot of noise while we were in the restaurant. The waiters also brings the wrong orders. We had to ask 4 times for it to be corrected. Please don't waste your time and money to visit here. Just a very nice veiw.
I applied for an contract by MTN. Then I wanted to cancel the contract because I could not afford it anymore. The lady that I contacted said that I have 7 days to still cancel the contract. She said that someone will contact me ragarding the cancelation before the 7 days are over. On the 7th day someone contacted me regarding the cancelation of the contract and failed to cancel it on time. Then the cellphone arrived to collect and I said that they must take back the cell phone because I canceled the contract. Now I am without a cellphone and are still paying for a contract that I dont want. This is unacceptable.
RI promised us a loan. We paid R80 000 for them for admin fees and they could not give us any loan or evidance then they have done any work for the R80 000.
I went to the branch in Mimosa mall Bloemfontein to open a contract for a new phone. After a long wait the consultant assist me and help me with very good service. He said I can go home and in a hour or two he will call me to confirm if my contract has been approved. He called me in less than two hours to confirm that my contract has been approved and I can come and pick up the phone. When I arrived I waited for another half an hour for the consultant to assist me. When he finally did came to help me, he told me that the contract show that it is approved but I can not get the phone because it is not approved on the system, it is a mistake made by the people who approve the contract. My credit limit is over a R1000. I'm very dissapionted in their service and that they let me drive around unnecessary and wast my valeuble time. It is no way to treat a castomer
