Clarins, I'm extremely disappointed with your customer service on delivery for the purchase I made on 10th July 2024. I was told via a telephonic conversation with you today firstly whether I received my order and then was told there was 'a mix-up' with my order. I simply cannot understand how an order can be so confusing to cause such a delay. This is not the usual service which I'm accustomed to from you. Get your act together Clarins!!! In this economic climate a bad review on your business is a bad-mark, people expect nothing but professionalism from your organisation.
