Clarins Ghosting Me :-(

I bought the Eua Dynamisante as a gift. It came in a cheap, leaking bottle.

I was prompted by email to review which I did honestly.

Clarins then volunteered to replace the bottle. I must repeat, they VOLUNTEERED!

When the replacement arrived, I packed it away to travel as it was a gift for my sister. When her bday arrived and she opened the package, I was horrified to see a bottle of even less content than the original one.

I informed Clarins, but they are ghosting me. Mothame started off friendly but never actually did what he promised :-(

When I was again prompted to review, my review stating what occured was rejected.
