Scammers
So disappointed. We went to their workshop in May 2022, looked at a cot / compactum know as the 5 in 1 so seemed like a great investment as it goes from cot to toddler bed to single bed etc. Paid R10k in full and requested delivery for October. No one once said anything to us about October being an issue yet they closed in May! Google says permanently closed, WhatsApp number doesn't respond and all emails return undeliverable. I cannot believe that they take customers money and then don't response or deliver, it's disgusting. We are expecting our baby soon & we do not have money for another cot. Apparently owners moved to Zim, Concilia Kambarami 0658044119 and Israel Chikara 0762236984 both numbers don't pick up, but please get back to us and give us our money back!!!!!!

04 Oct 2022, 05:59An update on this company. Concilia has been kind enough to actually respond to me. Isreal has ignored all my calls and messsages. Concilia has confirmed that they went bankrupt in May and were shut down and unfortunately any furniture that was in their workshop is being held and she cannot refund me as the company no longer exists. The only thing I can recommend if you have had the same issue is to phone your bank and request a statement of dispute form.
