Outsurance was the first car insurance I used in my early twenties and they were great with claims and I did get my cash back as promised
Outsurance was the first car insurance I used in my early twenties and they were great with claims and I did get my cash back as promised. I am now with them again and very happy.

Scammers
So disappointed. We went to their workshop in May 2022, looked at a cot / compactum know as the 5 in 1 so seemed like a great investment as it goes from cot to toddler bed to single bed etc. Paid R10k in full and requested delivery for October. No one once said anything to us about October being an issue yet they closed in May! Google says permanently closed, WhatsApp number doesn't respond and all emails return undeliverable. I cannot believe that they take customers money and then don't response or deliver, it's disgusting. We are expecting our baby soon & we do not have money for another cot. Apparently owners moved to Zim, Concilia Kambarami 0658044119 and Israel Chikara 0762236984 both numbers don't pick up, but please get back to us and give us our money back!!!!!!

Poor Service in Sales
We saw their Facebook page and we were really impressed and wanted to use them to build a small office on our property. We contacted them to arrange for them to come to our house and inspect for a quote. It took about 2 weeks to get them to come but they did explain that they were really busy at the time which is understandable. After they were at our house they said they'll send a quote. After 16 days of waiting for our quote I commented on one of their projects/pictures on Facebook saying "we had you come to our house on 15th Aug and still waiting for our quote" they replied asking for my number so I went into messenger to send them my number and received a whatsapp to say I'd get my quote that day. But a day later still no quote, so I sent a message on WhatsApp asking if they forgot? No reply. Went back in to Facebook to find I was blocked. I hardly said anything negative on their page other than I still needed my quote and instantly got blocked. No answer via WhatsApp either. Not sure if our project was too small and unimportant to them but a response would have been nice. Very poor service from sales side.

Dotsure Pet Insurance
Dotsure pet insurance has been great. So easy to claim and they are quick to get back to you. Our jack russell is old and no other medical would take him on but Dotsure did and we have never had any problems.

Quick & easy claims
The only pet medical aid to take on our old boy Dexter! Since we have signed up, they have been amazing and claims are easy and paid back quickly.

Dotsure Pet Insurance
Hi, We have only had a good experience with Dotsure. They are very quick to reply to claims and pay back within a few days. Janet Kruger is our agent and when a claim was missed and I emailed to query it, she was on the phone straight away to resolve it and it was resolved within a day. They even sent out Jack Russell a get well soon card :) Thanks Dotsure
