Shocking reviews
I am surprised with all these negative reviews being poste about this company. I used to do their nationwide deliveries between 2018 and 2020 and I really wonder what went wrong. They made the best furniture and we were delivering as far as Cape Town, Jeffreys Bay and Durban. How did things now turn to this? I really hope they will get help from whatever is going on with them and return to deliver the great service they once did. Regards, Carol

Shocking reviews
I am surprised with all these negative reviews being poste about this company. I used to do their nationwide deliveries between 2018 and 2020 and I really wonder what went wrong. Forgiving a business
I lost about R25K. This morning a wrote a review out of anger but something in me was saying don’t. I just know that I was not intentionally scammed. I know that what I feel the owners feel even more. I publicly forgive you. On my side I took time to settle you. And when I finally did, you couldn’t deliver. How often do we look at how we also contribute to issues? I’m starting now. Classic designs I forgive you. Though I will have to explain to my daughter that her and her younger sister will not longer get the beds; I’m going to teach them the beauty of forgiveness and empathy. I have learnt so much from my anger, IT made me feel worse and helpless; not resourceful. When I googled and asked questions I heard it was a woman owned business. She took the risk. Surrounded herself with people that didn’t know more than her, a fatal mistake in business. I lost money and got a perspective that gives me more peace than before. Thanks Classic Design. Forgiving a business

Scammers
I fully paid for furniture, spent about R25000. When I requested delivery I was informed the company is being liquidated by the owner herself (Concilia). She promised to get my things because they had been completed and then she disappeared on me. How can Hello Peter assist?

So disappointed. We went to their workshop in May 2022, looked at a cot / compactum know as the 5 in 1 so seemed like a great investment as it goes from cot to toddler bed to single bed etc. Paid R10k in full and requested delivery for October. No one once said anything to us about October being an issue yet they closed in May! Google says permanently closed, WhatsApp number doesn't respond and all emails return undeliverable. I cannot believe that they take customers money and then don't response or deliver, it's disgusting. We are expecting our baby soon & we do not have money for another cot. Apparently owners moved to Zim, Concilia Kambarami 0658044119 and Israel Chikara 0762236984 both numbers don't pick up, but please get back to us and give us our money back!!!!!!

Classic fail
Placed an order early April for a toddler bunk bed. Unfortunately delivery dates kept getting shifted and now now correspondence. Company was quick to say they were liquidating however we’re still offering specials on furniture. I see after my one email regarding this the site was closed down. Very disappointed to say the least.
