I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received from spar Bel Aires in North riding Jhb. On the 25th of December 2025 I purchased meat worth about R500 from the store only to realise that the meat was rotten. I went back to the shop and I was told to speak with the Indian lady who was the manager on duty. I received the most unprofessional and pathetic customer service from this lady who had the audacity to tell me that it is not the shop's fault because their meat is transported from Durban and that the drivers sometimes switch iff the fridges on the trucks. She asked me if I had a receipt and I showed it to her but she then said she can't assist me and I need to write an email to the head office instead. My kids suffered from food poisoning and had running stomach for 3 days. She says we can't refund everyone who comes here with a complaint but I was merely asking for either a replacement if a refund wasn't possible but her unprofessionalism left a lot to be desired. I do not recommend anyone who wants to buy meat from this store as they're slowly replacing ShopRite.
You guys claim to process Ewallet withdrawals within 24 hours but now I'm sitting for over 36 hours and my withdrawal has not yet been processed
If I could give zero stars I would. Shein is going to make us stop ordering from them because of this sorry excuse of a courier service. I wish one had the option to chose which courier company they want to deliver their parcel I'm sure most people would settle for buffalo or courier guy or imile. This is the first time I'm hearing of this speedaf and they are very unprofessional, they don't answer calls or they go to vmail, no reply to the WhatsApp customer service platform and order keeps getting postponed with an abnormal delivery message citing bad weather, unreachable contact etc, which are all lies.
Worst company to ever work for. They treat employees like slaves, always shouting at you for nothing, no time to rest, you can work for 24 hours non stop or given 1 hour rest or else you risk being fired. They promise to.oay you R10k fixed salary per month but it's all lies. They have no empathy for their workers yet their the ones who provide their income. Very rude and not deserving to be employing people. I will report to the labour office for further investigation. Avoid a all cost of you don't want to die from depression. That's why they always hiring because people don't stay and once you leave before the month ends there is no salary.
I cant belive what I went through with this company. I asked for a return for one of my parcel and it was booked for collection. On Saturday, a driver called me to say he was outside my house and when I went outsude he was not there. I called him and he said he is coming back in 2 mins, making me wait another good 15mins. I called him back again and he said he was outside my gate, when i asked him to give me the address, it was a completely different address. He asked me to send my location and I told him he should have my address on his paperwork. Eventually he arrived with a white NP200 bakkie that was not branded and he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. I handed him the parceland he said he did not have stickers to give me, I asked him how i will know my parcel is received he said you will get a message, which I never did. 3 days later, another Buffalo car is at my gate "to collect" the parcel. I explained to the lady that the parcel was collected on Saturday and she was shocked and said it was not booked or scanned. Called the first driver and he seems puzzled, asking me to send my details. WHERE IS MY PARCEL? I a being sent from post to pillar with no answers.
I am surprised with all these negative reviews being poste about this company. I used to do their nationwide deliveries between 2018 and 2020 and I really wonder what went wrong. They made the best furniture and we were delivering as far as Cape Town, Jeffreys Bay and Durban. How did things now turn to this? I really hope they will get help from whatever is going on with them and return to deliver the great service they once did. Regards, Carol
Very cruel and incompetent organisation which only cares about making money at the expense of their drivers. They are so quick to deduct their commission from driver's credit as soon as a ride if confirmed but if the reader is cancelled they never refund that money. I have been driving with them for over 4 months and it's been a mission to get a refund. No phone number to call, just an email address which gets responded by many consultants leaving the issue unresolvable. Stay away drivers. Boycott this scam of an app.
I am very disgusted i the way FNB fraud dept works. They are never availavle o the phone, you have to suffer to get hold of them and only via emails. They respons as and swhen they please. Elsie Shunmugan and Chelsea Jones have been assigned to my case since 14th January and i have had no access to my account since. Please do something about this, I am changing banks because of this inconvenience, I can't even operate my business in a normal way. Please do not reply to me privately as i know nothng will be done about it, i need answers and action ASAP!
Not happy with the way they handle freezing of accounts. No confirmation is done, no calling to verify anything, the next thing you just find out is that your account has been frozen. What an inconvenience, they do not even compensate you for the inconveniece caused.
Very bad service from Uber. I have not been paid for 5 weeks now and have been trying to get hold of their contact center which is not working. Been to their offices twice after booking an appointment with a wasted day on the first day. No emails to notify you of changes. I have updated my banking details with them and they still want me to wait for my salary the whole month. These crooks are playing with peoples money. Very unprofessional.
