I purchased two pairs of Velarp ClearSight glasses! Great expectations! Unfortunately only one of the two glasses helped a little for the 5 people who tested it. That means the glasses about 1 in 10, thus 10%, useful! I am very disappointed! I do NOT recommend the ClearSight glasses. Don't waste your money!

Mid-Dec 2018, I ordered 2 pairs of night-vision glasses for a total of $48 plus $15 shipping. When they finally arrived on Jan 23, I was stunned to see on the Customs Declaration that each pair was valued at $3.00. If they are truly worth only $3 (and the plastic frames and lenses certainly appear to be that calibre) then I question their ethical standards, charging a markup of 800%. The glasses appear to merely color the oncoming headlights yellow while they darken the whole scene. They do not clarify night vision, but in fact make it harder to see in the shadow areas. I wrote an email with these observations and asked about return/refund. I received a quick response to the effect that they wished to spare me the trouble and cost of returning the glasses and were ready to refund 50%, allowing me to keep the glasses. This seems to me a confession that the product is indeed highly overpriced. I recommend that people concerned about improving their night-vision consult your optician and avoid Clear Sight Glasses. Itβs not worth the investment or the irritation.
