Ordered glasses on 6 February 2026. The guaranteed a 9 day delivery. By 9 April the package has not arrived and my shipment details has vanished from the internet. There is no reply to communications. The company seems to be a **** Don't waste your money
MTN has the worst customer care in corporate history. It should be called CUSTOMER DISSERVICE to the point of ******ION MTN refuses to take responsibility when their service does not work. Should you be brave enough to refuse to pay for NO-CONNECTION for months on end, you will be black listed. They refuse to examine what the issues are, no sir, admitting ZERO DATA USE on the number under dispute means admitting defeat. Customer Care is king in any corporate environment. MTN is a ZERO on any contract.
I am totally into Uber and use the service every day. They check up on me to ensure my safety. I like that. The service generally is great. BUT A NEW THING HAS POPPED UP WHICH POTENTIALLY CAN CAUSE YOU EMBARRASSMENT. The Uber money making scheme. Here is how it works, and I quote Uber verbatim: "Hi Judi, Thank you for contacting us. Happy to clear the confusion. For security reasons, Uber may place an authorisation hold of the fare which is shown at the time of requesting a ride. This may appear as “pending” or ““authorised”” on the bank statement. Authorisation holds are voided by Uber within hours. However, they are released to your payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider’s policy. If you would like to confirm that a specific item on your statement is an authorisation hold, please reach out to your bank. We appreciate your understanding." This means they randomly take money from your account and hold it in escrow earning interest on your money for up to 7 days. I often wondered how they afford discounted rides without jeopardizing their drivers, well, now we know. Don't know about you but this rubs me up the wrong way.
The Yaga platform is safe and simple to use. My experience has been great over the past few years. Customer support has stepped up when needed. Yes there has been the odd ball harassing but you have the option to block a user from your profile. All in all the safest most efficient platform for South Africans to buy and sell goods. There should be a zero rating for this institution. Ten years ago we believed they would leave Standard bank, another dinosaur, Nedbank, the most expensive and ABSA, a residue of Apartheid in the dust. Somehow they botched it. There is absolutely NO CLIENT CARE SERVICES AVAILABLE. If you have a problem, not only are you on your own, you will be branded A RISK. Deal with it. There is no client service system in place AT ALL. BANK WITH THESE CLUELESS BBBBBBEEEEEE3 PROPONENTS AT YOUR OWN PERIL. They are expensive, their online app is complicated, confusing and unfriendly and at branch level you will be treated as an alien. Please do yourself a favor and go to CAPITEC. Insane client care, problems resolved in 3 minutes. Friendly approachable staff. FNB staff members urinate cologne, you better crawls in asseblief baas, jammer baas. FNB is a disgrace to the banking industry. The fact that they hold a monopoly on PayPal transactions a clad on the intelligence of the community. Just like the clown running the reserve bank. Zombies. Don't waste your life on FNB it's a Zero out of ten for me. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

They shut down a perfectly legitimate business today without ANY PROOF OF THEIR ALLIGATIONS. They are a LAW ONTO THEMSELVES run by AI ZOMBIES entitled to destroy lives. Instagram management has been *******ised with THE FACEBOOK, ********* in every respect. They THIEVE YOUR ADVERTISING BUDGET and you have NO RECOURSE. You will have to close your account to stop them from RAPING your livelihood. What an abomination of social justice. Do not waste your time building a business on this platform. It's a dangerous, hazardous environment run by tech idiots, infected with *******ion from management and unprotected from phishing. Their integrity is highly questionable.
This used to be my NO. 1 banking go to. Then, a day before 'Xmas break they decide FICA NOW after 10 years of happy banking and not moving house for years. If you rent and have a power box you understand how impossible their utility account in your name demand is. OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. We'll needless to say, today on my busiest trading day, my favorite bank is shutting down my life, my business and I will be loosing my rental space because some robotic ***** called Ashwell Smit cannot pick up a phone. Capitec has lost its moral compass. Now I need probono legal representation to keep me off SASSA GRANT PAYMENTS. Thank you Capitec for destroying micro businesses in true corporate banking style.
This service is not for the faint at heart. 50% of our parcels have been lost during a 3 week trial period soon ending. Here were the issues 1. Parcel collections from drop off box delayed by up to 5 days. Delivery date estimated 13 December Parcel only collected 19 December. 2. Tracking facility online is *******, 100% useless information. 3. Boxes reported out of order due to power or weather conditions not repaired for many days. Is the R44,99 saving to using Aramex worth the agrivation of irate clients? Save face for your business and give this logistical DSV nightmare a solid miss. If one could rate them 0/10 it would be closer to the truth.
Good luck with this one. Online registration is retarded and dysfunctional. All this should happen on screen at the drop off point. A tracking slip and envelope should be generated with a card payment option on registration and the rest of the system would work like a charm. But it does not. God be with you if you forget your app password. The system cannot deal with this. If your parcel is to be collected and it is not, getting a refund is worse than dealing with the government. Great idea, epic fail in execution. Every expense was spared in developing the Pudo app and it shows. A bit of leadership would go a long way at Pudo, there is hope, but for now, choose an alternative service provider
Frustrating to the point of death. PayPal only uses FNB by governmentregulation. I don't bank with them but I did 20 years ago. My details are on their banking app. There is mo way to update phone numbers or email address sending your OTP numbers to the wrong people. It is the most anal retarded organization on the planet. DONT USE PAYPAL TO RECEIVE PAYMENTS. You will get stuck in ZOMBIE LAND FNB. It's hell on earth to deal with this dysfunctional stupidity. They say all the right things but nothing happens. No contacts that work, no response. If you banked with them 20 years ago, SORRY FOR YOU, YOU ARE STUCK THERE AND NOTHING CAN OR WILL CHANGE. You cant even open an account with them. No wonder the economy is shrinking like the north pole. They are a payment gateway to RSA but closed for business, no response, nada. Please save your business and livelihood. Don't use PayPal, FNB will block you at every turn. They are absolutely USELESS, pathetic.
