I suspect this business, located in China, also functions under other names like Rosewe. The images and dresses are identical. The product descriptions are inaccurate, outright lies in some cases. I ordered a cotton dress specifically because I cannot wear polyester. The dress that came was indeed polyester, not cotton, poorly sewn with threads hanging out and a gaping hole in a bodice seam where the fabric was sliced. There were no pockets, though indicated in product writeup. To return it, I was directed to a warehouse in the US though the dress came from Canada. To return to the US would cost more than the refund is worth. Instead of returning, I was offered 70% refund credit or 50% refund. But I am out the shipping charge which was more than 50% the cost of the dress. So basically, they offer the shipping charge as refund and I can keep the dress, which is trash. Save your money. Save yourself the disappointment and disgust.
I ordered a posture-improving bra from this company. A month later the bra arrived, coming from Markham, Ontario, according to the return address. The product was much too small though I had ordered by their sizing recommendations. And the fabric was flimsy, very little posture support. As well the fabric seemed to irritate my skin. So I went to their website and looked for instructions about returning the product. The assertion on their website indicated that I could return it for free within the first two weeks once I received an authorization. I emailed the contact address. No response. Again. No response. After a week or so of this, I noticed under the return information field something called Return Centre. I clicked on this and voila! This is what I should have been emailing! Okay. I made the request and immediately received an email response telling me I would get authorization in 2-3 days. Two, three, four…seventeen days later, I am still waiting. Okay, I went online again and asked again through the Return Centre for authorization. Same email. Same wait. A week for the second try. So I went to their website and emailed the head office in Britain. I explained the problem and asked for help. Right. No response. I strongly recommend that people avoid any dealings with this company. The product is not worth the money and there is no return option in spite of assurances otherwise. There is only silence.
Mid-Dec 2018, I ordered 2 pairs of night-vision glasses for a total of $48 plus $15 shipping. When they finally arrived on Jan 23, I was stunned to see on the Customs Declaration that each pair was valued at $3.00. If they are truly worth only $3 (and the plastic frames and lenses certainly appear to be that calibre) then I question their ethical standards, charging a markup of 800%. The glasses appear to merely color the oncoming headlights yellow while they darken the whole scene. They do not clarify night vision, but in fact make it harder to see in the shadow areas. I wrote an email with these observations and asked about return/refund. I received a quick response to the effect that they wished to spare me the trouble and cost of returning the glasses and were ready to refund 50%, allowing me to keep the glasses. This seems to me a confession that the product is indeed highly overpriced. I recommend that people concerned about improving their night-vision consult your optician and avoid Clear Sight Glasses. It’s not worth the investment or the irritation.
