Terrible services from Clear Access and Shenne Dewdass. Been a client for many years and wanted to add a connection at my other property. After 2 weeks of communication and application they stated I needed to do a whole new online application. I decided late to move away from them, which I did after that. Writing this so you don’t have to go through the pain I did.

Cancelled my contract, found a new provider for both properties and hopefully won’t have to deal with Shenne or Clear Access again!
