Warehouse distribution slow
They have a large warehouse with discounted promotional items and after placing the order, a few weeks later we sent a freight truck cross-boarder down to fetch the stock and the truck was delayed for over 6 hours!!! with them still putting our order together. Eventually the truck was loaded and order received. Please sort out your warehouse distribution for future order.

I received a lot of promotional email from them. Before orderding visited their physical site / address, to make sure they are legit and not a ****. Placed our order and was called three times a day to confirm details etc. After payment I am unable to reach them or get any information from them. Did not receive any part of my order, that included uniform and branding materials for two companies. They use the following names clearancegifts@gmail.com Bulk clearance / Surplusbulk ZA

Robert Birch - Bulk Clearance gifts - BAD !
Paid for printing on promotional items Paid full amount 27 June. Whole July no responses on specific requests on when designs will be receieved. Do not answer any calls. Then said I must send a refund letter end of July. I did. Its 6 August no refund of my money was receieved and no response on Emails. Office nr does not exist nor any official regiatrations lr details. It would seem this is ****. Avoid!!!!

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE - MAYBE A SCAM
Worst service ever . No communication at all from the company. Delivery of goods promised weeks ago already, haven't received anything. Even after full payment on our side. Everything on our side were done quickly, but no cooperation from them. They dont respond to emails and once they were paid they dont take your call. I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Everything on our side were done quickly, but no cooperation from them. They dont respond to emails and once they were paid they dont take your call. I would never ever recommend them to anyone.

Exceptionally poor service. No communication at all from the company. Delivery of goods promised weeks ago already, but we still haven't received anything. Even after full payment on our side. Everything on our side were done quickly, but no cooperation from them. They take about 1-2 weeks to respond to an email and there is now way to phone them as you only get a prerecorded message telling you to email them. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. I have never experienced such bad service in my entire life.

SCAMMERS, FAKE REVIEWS, HAVE 3 PROMOTIONAL "COMPANIES" WHERE THEY SCAM FROM
Biggest SCAM, they have 3 "companies" that I know of where they are scamming people from. They have a fake website (look at the top its not secure) and they have fake email campaigns. They rush you to place an order and pay, then once paid they keep you in the loop of how long your stock will be and then NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER! No email response, phone calls don't go through and they ran away with all my money.

Order delivered during lockdown Level 4
We ordered promotional/safety clothing & stationery during Lockdown level 4 and we received it within 7 weeks turn around that was initially agreed upon. Considering all the imports restrictions, we appreciate the service. Thank you for making the effort Clearance Gifts. Stay safe....

Order delivered during lockdown Level 4

Still in business I realised. I want to make it clear again to everyone what scammers these people are. GAL KLEITMAN the owner is the biggest scammer What a scammer. Took our money and never delivered the goods. Did it to two other companies as well, one being a school These people are the biggest scammers alive. Be careful.
