PATHETIC SERVICE

Good day

I went on 25/06/2025 to collect my order, O319859783. After waiting for a long time they brought one order and said they are still checking. I left because of the time factor which is always the case. There were only about 5 customers to serve including me. They promised to sms me once found. Today is 27/06/2025, no response received yet.

They do this deliberately, their branch manager or the lady who is in charge is the one who was looking for it. As a client who wasted time to go and collect a parcel which they told me is there, but not get it. They should made sure they found it on the same day and sent me the message, but still today no contact received from them. I paid for the item, it's not free
