Good day I went on 25/06/2025 to collect my order, O319859783. After waiting for a long time they brought one order and said they are still checking. I left because of the time factor which is always the case. There were only about 5 customers to serve including me. They promised to sms me once found. Today is 27/06/2025, no response received yet. They do this deliberately, their branch manager or the lady who is in charge is the one who was looking for it. As a client who wasted time to go and collect a parcel which they told me is there, but not get it. They should made sure they found it on the same day and sent me the message, but still today no contact received from them. I paid for the item, it's not free
I went to the store in Strubensvalley to purchase something in August 2023. An African guy approached me saying if I need someone for a fix in the house I can speak to him because he can do everything, e.g. tiling, painting, gardening etc. He works in the garden dept at the store. I asked him to fix my small room's skirtings. I bought new ones and bought the stuff he needed to do the work. He arrived with 4 friends whom he said they all work at the store, 3 of them I did see there. They arrived after 18:00 pm as he stated that's the only chance he have. He manipulated me in the name of helping to do my garden and painting, though I didn't want him to. He removed the landscape in the gardens, 3 of these gardens' length is the room's size. I asked for the price because I didn't budget for it. He said I must not worry they want to help me. But I told him there's nothing for mahala, he repeatedly told me they are helping. He messed my floor from the 1st day, the sides of the windows until now it is not fixed. The flowers died and the bricks for the landscaping are still lying on the ground. I called him to fix the mess. He arrived at the same time and messed again. Have been doing that until the end of November. After the 2nd visit he asked for R2000.00 and I asked for what. He told me it's the deposit of the work he'll be doing, the total is R4500.00. I instructed him to leave everything as it is because it's not planned and I don't have money but he told me he'll do everything then with R2000.00. I kept on asking what is the money for, I called him for one thing what's the labour charge of it, he refused to tell me.on their last day in November they were 4. He has been asking for money for more than 30 minutes and was asking what for, after that argument his friends came into my house shouting in one voice, telling him he's wasting their time, they can go if he's not winning with me. On 13/12/2023 I took the matter to the management. They requested that I send an email with invoices promising to investigate the matter and advise me thereafter. I made a follow up with this guy's manager on whatsapp. He read my message but never responded. On 26/02/2024 I went to the store for follow up. All he told me is that they've decided not to involve themselves into the matter, the guy said I'm his girlfriend, but not sure if a current or ex-girlfriend, he met me at a funeral, I must find out more of the info from him but he's on lunch. I can go to police station to open a case for him and come back. What a traumatic statement made by a man who am I an aunt to according to my age. He undressed and ****d me in his imagination, no wonder he couldn't see anything wrong to make such a bold statement with confidence, and management believed it. This guy is threatening me saying if he loose the job I must know it's me. I didn't asked for him to be fired but to pay me back all the money he wasted and that I'll spend to fix the mess he did.
I have been debited with R435.00 for the month of April instead of R169.00 plus a pro-rata of R88.77 as per received communication. I spoken to Tsietsi on 02/05 requesting the retrieval of the call where I agree on this debit as I don't remember what service I've been debited for as I never agree to such. I called on 18/05 for follow up and spoken to Justin. After holding on the phone for a long time because Tsietsi has not updated the system as he told me the request can be available in 10 days time. He came back with no answer and has emailed me the response as per below email. Good day Miss. I went to the store at Bree in Johannesburg CBD and bought 2 can of KOO Fruit Salad. The price was R17.99 each. At the cashier machine the price was R19.99 each and the cashier instructed me to take the price at the shelf and go to the other entrance and I asked for what and she told me to ask for the supervisor. I couldn't get the price out because it was so tight, I went to the supervisor and he sent another employee to fetch the sticker for us. She went for a long time and on her way back she brought Rhodes brand of the same product and I told her this is Koo and she said I thought you said Rhodes. You could see that she cooked something, after suck a long time that she was away she still asked me to go with her. When we got to the shelf the price is now R19.99, the same with Fruit ****tail which I preferred but didn't take it because is more expensive than Fruit salad. Now the price tag was so clean and easy to take out. You must double check the price at Cambridge before you pay if it's the same. Otherwise they have employed liars as well. Now the manager says how could she do it though he surely knows how. She printed a correct price and placed it there. In this case it's a clean lie. I asked another employee to assist taking out the price to the supervisor and we couldn't and she said I'm also speaking to the wrong person, that's not her brand and all I was asking is for her to assist because she should know the easy way of taking out the price tag on the shelf. To be more careful with the store because if you don't go with the worker they will change the price.
