I ordered from click me africa on the 13/08/2020 , on their page it says 3-5 business days for delivery , still haven't received my order , I contacted them a couple of times about it , and they still haven't responded.

Rubbish product
I bought the full range of products on Valentines day special at a mall in Emalahleni. Only after the sale had gone through did the agent tell me that I need to boil each pack after use in order to reuse. I felt totally ripped off. Eventually when home in Cape Town, I tried using the product... It warmed up nicely but is a huge schlep to boil. The neck and shoulder pack is huge and you need a big pot of water. Lots of electricity etc. And then it just solidified on its own again so now I have to bring that big pot of water to the boil again. Sales pitch is deliberately misleading. What a waste of money.

Rubbish product

I visited the ClickmeAfrica website to purchase goods which they advertised accordingly. Payment is processed through a secure portal and an extra charge for delivery in this was necessary. The expected time for delivery as per their “Delivery” policy is 2 - 3 days. I haven’t received the goods to date and it’s been 2 weeks now. There is a contact email (I’ve sent 6 emails) and no contact number etc. blatant theft!

under warranty no response
<p>HI i bought a heat pack at wedding expo in cape town. it showed leaks on first use. asked with contact us and email how we can do exchange for working product no response at all except to go to joburg and exchange. after informing them i live in capetown no response</p>

DON'T BUY THIS RUBBISH PRODUCT!a
I bought this product at Clear water mall, I have used it according to directions, but it does not work.I bought three small ones. I was able to use one, which heated up when I clicked it, but now its went cold, but also still hard, and it wont heat up again. The other two does not heat up at all, so therefore I am unable to use it. This is bogus shit advertising, and a product which the public should stay away from!
