I have 2 decoders but only one was disconnected. On 30 nov I requested payments for both to be deducted. I have accepted that it's done. I called in today as the new one was disconnected. I held on for 30 minutes on my cell phone as their lines were busy. The first agent wouldn't listen to me as I was extremely irate & told me that he would drop the phone. He was very arrogant & not interested to assist & giving me info I wasn't interested in. He wouldn't listen & I dropped the call & had to call back. The second agent was a lady as rude as ever! I explained my problem & she's repeating the same info I gave her bearing in mind that I had to hold on for so long already! She wanted to explain that was not needed! She had no patience to listen to a paying customer who is contributing to her salary! She was so arrogant that she dropped the phone on me. You need to train a your agents on customer service as well as accounting practices! I now cannot watch tv because of pure incompetency rudeness arrogance & absolute shit service!!! need someone to call me to sort this problem out! That's if you care about us paying customers! Train your staff to be competent! They need to be fired!
I bought this product at Clear water mall, I have used it according to directions, but it does not work.I bought three small ones. I was able to use one, which heated up when I clicked it, but now its went cold, but also still hard, and it wont heat up again. The other two does not heat up at all, so therefore I am unable to use it. This is bogus shit advertising, and a product which the public should stay away from!
