EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Admin department seems to be nonexistent!!!! To think this brand is part of Aramex.

My company used the service over a month and a half ago. I have requested an invoice and a month and a half later, I have still not received.

I attempted to call the customer care line and the consultant iw rude, and not willing to assist!! Is this how you do business?? I would not recommend this service if this is how you operate!!
