Clicks Pharmacy Horrible Experience

Absolutely horrible experience to get my chronic medication. Firstly the app tells me that there is no repeat available- I get a new script and try to get my pills from another pharmacy- can't as this was processed and loaded on the 5th of Jan at Clicks Pharmacy. No communication was received AT ALL. When contacting the pharmacy I am told it is possible I just did not receive any notification some sort of glitch- no communication received on this either. Also told it is impossible to have my medication delivered today.

So now I have not had my medication for 3 days due to Clicks's systems that do not work, after going to another pharmacy where I could not get my medication it cannot be delivered to me.

Horrible service- and this with chronic medication.
