Absolutely horrible experience to get my chronic medication. Firstly the app tells me that there is no repeat available- I get a new script and try to get my pills from another pharmacy- can't as this was processed and loaded on the 5th of Jan at Clicks Pharmacy. No communication was received AT ALL. When contacting the pharmacy I am told it is possible I just did not receive any notification some sort of glitch- no communication received on this either. Also told it is impossible to have my medication delivered today. So now I have not had my medication for 3 days due to Clicks's systems that do not work, after going to another pharmacy where I could not get my medication it cannot be delivered to me. Horrible service- and this with chronic medication.
Firstly my Pick n Pay Happy hour voucher did not work when I tried to use it at a store within the hour required. The voucher was not showing om the teller side although showing linked to my smart shopper card on the App. No one at the store knew how to assist and after 2 calls to smartshopper help line I was told that the voucher was only for a selected few customers. By this time it was after 12. This was very confusing as this voucher was showing and loaded to my card on the App. I logged a query with my whole story to find out why the voucher could not be used and after a few weeks got feedback that it should have been used between 11 and 12. This is so frustrating as this was my whole query. No closed to why the voucher did not work in store when I tried to use it between 11 and 12, also ended up having to pay full price as a result. Was definitely not a happy hour and support has not been helpful at all.
I have bought furniture online and it has not been a good experience. Firstly collection information provided is not accurate as the collection centre apparently is not open on weekends (despite weekend trading hours on the website when checking out) also only realised this after phoning for an update on my order. I still haven't received an accurate update on my order after emailing and phoning.
