They don't care about patients

I went to Tshiwelo Clinic with below issues. Short breath i can't sleep Ear infection i can't sleep Loss of energy.

There were about 4 dr who were doing absolutely nothing they told me it's not emergency i should return in the morning. So my question is what is emergency to them?

Please urgently sort this clinic out as i am not the 1st to complain and not the last.
