Bad clinic service.
By the giving worse service. At first i brought my child at the EMS jn the evening. They told me my important and their important is not the same. It's not an emergency . Mindyou mu daughter had a temp of 40° and tonsils. The nurse did not check and said i should come back the following day. I let that slide. Now i brought my nephew day time. The sister referred him to the Dental. We were done by the sister at 08h40. So we were at the dental before 9am. We set there for 3 hours before the sister could tell us that they are busy washing teeth amd filling. If you want to leave you can but uts full. I mean aren't you suppose to tell patients that today we busy with 123. You can sit to see ig we wil be able to assist. However you can come back on a certain date

Appauling service
Security at the main gate are very empathetic to say the least. How is it that I should walk an elderly on foot and park my car at the gate? Then wait outside when I am the 1 accompanying my parent? How is she expected to atticulate herself and explain to the doctors what's wrong? After consultation then I should walk to the main gate to fetch the car?

Poor Service
They have poor services,all they doctors are on leave.They decided that they will cut the dentist line that time ,we have sore tooth...they have order nje i arrived there first but because they is no order and they have different instructions i was told to queue kanti in the mean time they keep taking other people infront of me and im now told to come back tomorrow but i have been here since 7am and now every department has one doctor so the whole clinic is on go slow

Poor Service

The Worst Dentistry ever please never go do anything to your teeth there Firstly Rude to people very evil and inconsiderate towards patients. My filling was placed too deep and it hurt my nerve I told the first Dr she's going to deep she did not listen to me i even jumped up but she continued premolar tooth is causing eye pain after a filling,poorly placed filling affect my bite, putting pressure on your jaw muscles and leading to referred pain in the eye. her name was DR P Matjipa BDS (SMU) Horrible Drs never go there they evil and will Kill you.

Bad Dentist at Chiawelo Clinic
On Friday 07/06/24 i went to Chiawelo Clinic to get my tooth removed, the dentist is a short dak guy with no mercy i mean the way he man hadled my tooth, instead of removing it jicely he actually broke it and said nothing now i have pices of my tooth stuck in the wound aand the pain is unbareable. how do i get this fixed?

They don't care about patients
I went to Tshiwelo Clinic with below issues. Short breath i can't sleep Ear infection i can't sleep Loss of energy. There were about 4 dr who were doing absolutely nothing they told me it's not emergency i should return in the morning. So my question is what is emergency to them? Please urgently sort this clinic out as i am not the 1st to complain and not the last.

Bad service delivery for babies . Mothers que from 7am and have not been served , this is just to register then made to sit to await nurses that are working .they are mixing sick kids with the ones coming to vaccinate. This has been going on for too long if you complain you are not assisted.Chiawelo clinic is failing the community.Managers do nothing with this appalling behavior by staff.

Refused for Covid Vaccination
Where do you get the stuff that ushers and captures data for the vaccination process? One cannot simply take a day off to get a vaccine and when you get there you are told that the system is down therefore you should register on your mobile phone and come back the next day? The government pushes and begs that we go and vaccinate where the people working at the vaccination centers are refusing us to do so.
