Security at the main gate are very empathetic to say the least. How is it that I should walk an elderly on foot and park my car at the gate? Then wait outside when I am the 1 accompanying my parent? How is she expected to atticulate herself and explain to the doctors what's wrong? After consultation then I should walk to the main gate to fetch the car?
Showmax has failed to refund me despite numerous emails I've sent regarding their unauthorized debit from my account. Despite providing my bank details as requested, it's been three months and I still haven't received my refund. I demand prompt reimbur*****t.
In August 2023, a Homechoice agent sold me a dual stove over the phone, assuring me that it uses both electricity and gas. Upon delivery, I discovered that I had received a gas-only stove. Despite numerous attempts to rectify this issue by contacting the Maponya Mall branch, reaching out to the call center, and visiting the store multiple times, my problem remains unresolved.I returned the incorrect stove to the store, and according to Agent Lerato, it was sent to the warehouse in Cape Town. However, six months later, I am still waiting for the correct stove. Despite my continuous emails requesting a cancellation of the deal and a refund, there has been no progress. Instead, I receive phone calls insisting on monthly installment payments for a product I do not have. HOW INSANE CAN THAT BE????
I recently received a call from one of your agents in January 2024, expressing that they miss my subscription to Showmax. I explained that due to time constraints, I haven't been using the service. Despite this, my account was debited without my consent.Since then, I have been diligently reaching out via email to both the call center and support team, requesting a refund, but unfortunately, I haven't received any resolution, instead they sent me an email to say they are closing my case...How when I am still awaiting my money back??? I want to emphasize that I did not authorize the debit from my account.
Incorrect order was delivered to my mom in Aug 2023. She returned the order and the shop sent it to Cape Town still intact...5 months later my mom is told that CPT didnt receive it. My mom is still without the stove she ordered...and guess what, NO FEEDBACK!!! Homechoice wants my mom to pay for the stove she doesnt have...they dont give her feedback...instead they harass her for more sales...
A sales agent from Homechoice sold my mom who is a pensioner a stove last year in August. My mom ordered a dual gas/electric stove. However, the incorrect stove (gas only) was delivered. She only got to find out a few weeks later when the stove had to be installed that it was not what she ordered. She was made aware by the installer that the stove was gas only and not both gas and electric. She is a pensioner and therefore had to save money for the installation as the stove requires a skilled gas technician to install the stove. When she told the store that she received a wrong order, she was told she was supposed to return it within 7 days and they refused to take it back. Out of frustration she returned it in TACt to the local store in Maponya Mall. Maponya Mall then sent it to the Warehouse in Cape Town. At 1st they said the stove was damaged during transportation to Cape Town. Now the story changed to Cape Town did not receive the stove. How is it her problem???? My mom is expected to pay the installment every month for the stove she does not have in her possession!!! Homechoice has been taking her from pillar to post for 5 months....
I received a call early in Jan 2024 from 1 of the Sales people telling me how they miss me at Showmax since I havent activated my subscription for month. I told the sales person that I wasnt ready yet as I don't have time to watch tv, the next thing my account was debitted without my authorization. When I contant the call centre for my money back I get a run around...I want my money back into my account, I didnt authorize any deduction by Showmax
I went for a 1 day authorised procedure at Sunninghill hospital, but the anesthesiologist was not paid...now I am sitting with a debt. Also having to pay levies each time for medication is sickening.
Wack, appalling service. Would never recommend it to anyone.They lie to their customers. Ignore calls and messages. Don't deliver on time. Tombstone ordered in Jan 2021, due for installation in Oct 2021 was installed in Dec 2021 after a long nasty fight with them. Installation still not complete as per the order till today 06 Jan 2022. (vases not installed upon installation, sloppy job on the foundation)
My husband was admitted at Carstenhof hospital near Midrand on 12 May 2021. I went there for 2 consecutive days. Assistants at the entrance need to be seriously trained on Covid protocols...they just took our temperatures on the wrist and never insisted on a sanitizer for both days and yet there were dispencers at the entrance. It is appauling for hospital for such behaviour at a hospital. Luckily I had my own sanitizer in the bag
