Bad clinic service.
By the giving worse service. At first i brought my child at the EMS jn the evening. They told me my important and their important is not the same. It's not an emergency . Mindyou mu daughter had a temp of 40° and tonsils. The nurse did not check and said i should come back the following day. I let that slide. Now i brought my nephew day time. The sister referred him to the Dental. We were done by the sister at 08h40. So we were at the dental before 9am. We set there for 3 hours before the sister could tell us that they are busy washing teeth amd filling. If you want to leave you can but uts full. I mean aren't you suppose to tell patients that today we busy with 123. You can sit to see ig we wil be able to assist. However you can come back on a certain date

Bad service at Chiawelo community health center
Took a 2 year old to chiawelo clinic. My daughter is known to the ENT at bara for tonsils. She recently started having earache which is a bit uncomfortable on her. At the clinic the nurse said she can't refer to the Dr because the child is known at bara. I should take her there. I told her at bara they want a referral they just don't take children. She said u should come back the following day because my child is a cold case. She didn't not exermine the child. She looked at her and said it's flu. Told her its not. She's had sinus amd mucus for the past month going on two months. She then asked me if she should give the baby antibiotics... The nurse name is Emily.
