They been debiting for months on my loan and the total amount is still the same, these people are ripping us off, i logged a ticket with them months ago Ref:11767900DCC
Today at 12h39 i received a call from the driver asking me to confirm the address, which i did and said he will deliver the package before 16h30 and the tracking said the package will be delivered today. when i called the hub to find out what is happening i was told the package is not yet out for delivery. this is so unprofessional from them
I entered into a 24-month contract with Vodacom, which reached its end on 31 July 2025. Despite the contract having expired, my account continued to be debited thereafter. As a result, I cancelled the debit order and successfully reversed two months’ payments, namely for September and October, as the application only allows reversals for a maximum of two months. At no point was I contacted by Vodacom to confirm whether I wished to renew or continue with the contract. Furthermore, I have reviewed all correspondence and documentation provided to me, and there is no clause indicating that I was required to notify Vodacom prior to the contract’s expiry should I choose not to continue.
I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance
I registered a claim with them for a storm damage, which equipment and building is damaged by the heavy rains, they sent an assessor which came to my house and i explained the situation, he then asked me to get electronics technician to assess all the damaged equipment and do a full assessment report, i asked hin who will be responsible to pay, he said the insurance company will include it in the payout, i then asked the technician to assess the equipment which he sent through all relevant documents which was forwarded to Schoen and i have been following up with him since then till i decided to call the Hollard today and i was told the claim was rejected, reason behind the rejection had nothing to do with the my claim. I advise everyone looking for an insurance company to stay away from Hollard they just happy to collect the premium monthly but when it's time to pay they find excuses not to. I am now sitting with unplanned dept.
They were supposed to deliver my parcel yesterday and they didn't, today i did a follow-up and i was told they tried to deliver yesterday but i was not available, i asked them who did they call to notify that they outside i didn't get a response, then they said they would deliver today before 16h30 which they still didn't deliver. This is the worst courier company by far. When you call them their lines don't work
They can't help you with simple things, like drain blocks. Lerato was a star and convinced me not to cancel then made sure i get assisted asap, she arranged conference calls. They have a star employee in her
Ordered 5 pieces of chicken at Jabulani Mall KFC at 20h18, wr received the order at 21h20, poor customer and on top of that chips had a lot of salt and chicken was not well cooked
So today i visited Standard bank jabulani mall, The queue was long, only 3 tellers working and the were slow to a point of giving up. They need to improve their customers service
Best service ever, but the special shout out goes to Raksha, she was was amazing through out the deal
