Vuma and hypa are withholding my refund for the amount paid to them last year and still haven’t paid back the money to day.All they keep saying is that the matter is escalated and is dealt with as high priority however no money is paid back .This is bad service delivery at its best .Hypa claims Vuma has the money VUMAtel claims its waiting to hear from Hypa all this has been happening from last year.No urgency or turn around time provided on top of all that I still need to contact them for feedback .Im not sure what game they are playing or this is to scam me of my hard earned money
Hypa claims to have paid Vuma through Easy Pay and is unable to refund me until the matter is resolved.Payment was done last year I’m still waiting for refund to date .i have to go after these companies for feedback otherwise no communication will be received or turn around time .
Hypa withholding refunding claiming it was paid to EasyPay / Vuma for no service rendered no fibre installation .I since paid last year it’s now another month and no refund.We regulations for this industry because they do as they please with no consequences.Im a pensioner and they don’t even care .I would never recommend Hypa to anyone due to bad service delivery and not resolving this is issue promptly.They can’t provide turn around time for this nightmare to be over
Hypa refuses to pay back my refund still from last year every week it’s a promise to pay and yet they still haven’t paid .Hypa insists you pay first for the service before installation however no installation or WiFi but they are withholding my money .
Hypa refuses to back my money after I made a payment December 2021. Every week they promise refund will be paid and it's now March 2022. Everyday it's a promise that it's waiting for approval and is being treated with urgency however refund still paid.
Hypa continues to refuse to pay back my money and keep on giving a run around every week.I since paid 400 last year and no WiFi or router was received.To date they keep promising refund payment and nothing.I have liaising with Saeeda Esack who keeps saying matter is urgent and escalated for paymen. I still have no WiFi.
Bad service delivery for babies . Mothers que from 7am and have not been served , this is just to register then made to sit to await nurses that are working .they are mixing sick kids with the ones coming to vaccinate. This has been going on for too long if you complain you are not assisted.Chiawelo clinic is failing the community.Managers do nothing with this appalling behavior by staff.
Supersonic continues to have an active account where one of their clients is using my address fraudulently. No address verification was done and this continues to prohibit me to access or apply for WiFi with any ISP.I have been trying to resolve this from last year .I am a pensioner and this is now affecting my health . I’m unhappy with Supersonic pathetic service ,this is fraud and they are not correcting this matter and in the meantime my family still have access to WiFi because there’s an an existing line on my address.
Hypa continues to delaying refunding R400 paid to them for WiFi . I paid in December and continue to be mistreated by their agent .Im a a pensioner and this is my hard earned money which I have proof of payment. This is impacting my health as I have diabetes and high blood pressure, they keep promising lies every week . Hypa required money upfront but still no refund since last year .Im really frustrated and disappointed at this treatment.
VUMAtel has installed WiFi using my address for my neighbor . I am a pensioner and have been trying to resolve this matter since last year .Every time I try applying for WiFi with any ISP I’m told I have an existing line . This has and continues to give me sleepless nights .This fraudulent use of my address prohibits me to get WiFi to date .
